Refund Policy

How NoimaFlow handles trials, renewals, cancellations, billing corrections, usage credits, and refund requests.

Scope

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscription renewals, and billing corrections work for NoimaFlow, a software service provided by GTO Business OÜ. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

NoimaFlow is designed primarily for business and professional use. If you use the service as a consumer, any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited continue to apply.

14-Day Trial

New workspaces may start with a 14-day free trial. The trial does not require a payment card. Because no payment is collected at trial signup, there is no trial payment to refund.

If the trial ends without an upgrade, the workspace data is kept available in read-only mode for a reasonable period, but new generations and publishing are disabled until a paid plan is activated.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are charged in advance for the billing interval selected at checkout. The active plan unlocks monthly limits, usage credits, Meta publishing, and other subscription features for that billing period.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable once the paid billing period has started. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us.

Cancellations and Renewals

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current billing period. After cancellation, the workspace normally remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to our Terms of Service and acceptable use rules.

If you intended to cancel but were charged because the cancellation was not completed before renewal, contact us promptly. We will review the situation in good faith, especially where there is clear evidence of a billing or portal issue.

Refunds We May Approve

We may approve a refund or partial refund where appropriate, including:

  • duplicate charges or clear payment processing errors;
  • incorrect plan charges caused by a platform or checkout configuration issue;
  • confirmed inability to access the paid service caused by our systems for a material part of the billing period;
  • mandatory refund rights under applicable consumer law;
  • other exceptional circumstances that we decide are fair and reasonable.

We may decline refunds for unused time, unused credits, change of mind after active use, failure to cancel before renewal, third-party platform limitations, or outcomes affected by customer inputs, connected accounts, approvals, or social platform policies.

Usage Credits and AI Costs

Plans may include post credits, image credits, Pro image credits, publishing allowances, or similar usage entitlements. These credits are part of the subscription service and do not have separate cash value.

Because AI generation and image rendering can create immediate third-party provider costs, used credits are generally not refundable. If a refund is legally required or approved by us, we may take account of service already provided, credits consumed, published posts, generated images, and other usage during the relevant period.

EU and Mandatory Consumer Rights

Where you purchase as a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory cancellation rights, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to legal exceptions and rules for digital services and digital content.

If you request immediate access to paid digital services during any applicable withdrawal period, use the service, generate content, connect integrations, publish posts, or consume credits, we may be entitled to charge or retain a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or billing correction, email hello@noimaflow.com from the account owner email address or another address we can verify.

Please include:

  • workspace name;
  • billing email;
  • invoice, receipt, or payment reference if available;
  • the reason for the request;
  • any relevant screenshots or error details.

We normally aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, and bank or card processing times may vary.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. A chargeback may lead to temporary suspension of the affected workspace while the payment processor reviews the dispute.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect product, payment, legal, or operational changes. The version posted on this page applies from the stated last updated date, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
